What kind of experience do I need?

You must be a plumbing contractor or have the required expreience to become a plumbing contractor.  You must have the ability to perform all basic service and repair plumbing jobs, such as: sewer and drain cleaning, repairing and installing plumbing fixtures, repairing and installing water heaters, etc. 

Do you offer financing?

No.  We do not currently offer financing.

Do I get a protected territory?

Yes.  You will be granted an exclusive territory in which no other Plumbing Doctor franchise or competetive company owned store may operate.

How long would it take to open my store?

The amount of time will vary for each franchisee, but you should open your store within from 2 to 8 weeks of signing the Franchise Agreement.  You could be operating your own Plumbing M.D. withing 1 to 2 months from right now.   

Do I need to work in my company?

Yes.  We expect franchisees to run their first Plumbing Doctor territory.  You may hire a manager for any additional Plumbing Doctor territories you franchise, but they must successfully complete Plumbing M.D. training.
