I would like to take just a moment to say Thank You for the work that your company recently completed for me. I am impressed with the work and the manor in which your crew approached the work.
I contacted 6 different companies all of which came to quote the job. There were only two companies who actually wrote out a quote. The others obviously were not interested in doing the work. Mark from your company, however, seemed not only interested in doing the work but took time to make sure that I understood the process, the time lines involved, and the different options that were available to improve the system. His quote was for the same dollar amount as the other, and in the same amount that was given to me verbally from some of the other contractors that looked at the job.
Mark and his assistant showed up at the times they told me they would and they started work upon arrival. They were able to take the under slab system out in stages which left us with water and bathroom facilities throughout the project. Along with the re-pipe work Mark installed a Tankless water heater with a re-circulation pump.
There were many places that the sheetrock had to be removed to install the new system and your crew took most of the fear out of it by keeping me informed of the project and allowing me to watch as the work was being done. I am impressed with the completed work, your company, and most of all Mark and his assistant for their skill, knowledge and workmanship.

My wife and I have been very pleased with the performance of the Solahart system you installed in our home this fall. In October we were getting 130 degree water from the Solahart system without using our gas water heater. We were also impressed with the care you and your crew took not only in installing the new system but also in removing our old inoperative solar unit (not a Solahart).

I wanted to let you know how much I am enjoying my new solar water heater. Your company installed the unit in October and I began receiving free how water immediately. This is the second solar water heater I've owned in 20 years, and I hope to never own a standard water heater again.
The installation was fast and easy. The work was completed in two days and I hardly noticed the installers were there. Once the unit was installed I began receiving free hot water right away and so far the unit produces more than enough hot water for me and my family.
Thank you for re-introducing me to solar water heating.

My wife and I would like to express our appreciation for the manner in which a major plumbing problem at our rental property was handled recently by people of your company.
Both your plumbing and office staff were extrememly helpful throughout this process. In our opinion your technician demostrated the hightest of professional standards in identifying the problem areas and in completing the reapirs. He also was extremely helpful in his cooperation with our insurance adjustor, both in his written report and in meeting with him to show the problems and the repairs. We feel he was instrumental in the obtaining of the very favorable insurance decision.

I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge Taylor, J.D. & his son Kevin. Taylor talked with me
several times about my concerns of the disturbances to my home and yard that the “trenchless
technology” might cause.
He was patient and professional and continued to find solutions to potential problems. J.D.’s
concern and competence persuaded me to replace the sewer line. He was fair and responsible
throughout the time of the sewer work. Kevin took extra care with my “cement walk” piece when he
needed to remove it to dig out the line. Both he and J.D. were extremely careful while working in my
garden and did their best to maintain the areas they had to disturb.
The kind of integrity and work ethic these men showed throughout the job is rare.
You are lucky to have them.

sewer line at our house over the past three weeks. The damage to our garden was minimal for what had
to be done, and we really admire how you controlled that little back-how -- the orange tree survived very well.

knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, prompt, efficient, tidy and of course competent. He worked very
long hours for me installing a water heater and three toilets. I would not hesitate to recommend
him and Plumbing M.D., and to continue to use your services.

I had a water line break on 7-31-2006. I called Plumbing M.D. and spoke to Bethany. I told her of my
problem and in a friendly voice told me that between the hours of 11am and 1pm help would be at my
house. Before that hour plumbing M.D. arrived.
Mark Hardy arrived, located and fixed the problem quickly. Mr. Hardy was very personable, professional
and knew what he was doing.
I want you to know how thankful l am that such a person has so satisfied this customer. I would not
hesitate to call and ask for Mark if l am in need of a professional Plumber in the future.

2. I have to say, this is the best plumbing I have every worked with. We had a toilet that was clogged, and after the guy tried to auger it our, it was determined that there was something really hard (like a glass object) stick in the curve such that the whole toilet had to be replaced. He gave me a recommendation as to which toilet I should buy at Home Depot, then returned the next day to install the toilet. He discovered a defect in the new toile's tank, so I had to go back and exchange it. So he made three trips, and he wound up charging us *less* than the book labor price he quoted us originally! This guy was coureous, friendly and *very* professional! I higly recommend these guys. I even like thier gimmick of a paramedi-looking vehicle!

3. Mark H., Certified Plumbing Doctor (it's on his business card!), came out today to help with a appliance hook up gone bad. What two college graduated couldn't accomplish he literally fixed in 10 minutes. Then he wouldn't take a fee or a tip, and instead asked us to call when we have a bigger job. I definietly recommend this company, and think the ambulances are a great touch.

4. My hot water heater died, so afger calling around and getting prices, I decided to go with these guys because they were local and they had the best prices. They were able to come out quickly. They quoted me an hour to replace the water heater, but it actually took about an hour and a half (not al all a problem). The service guy was professional and well-mannered. I would use them again. Not: Their prices do not include any city permits that my be needed.

5. My water heater was going bad right after the Winter Break, but they were able to fit me in despite the rush of jobs they had. They have a good quote on a replacement water heater and installed it the next day on time. I would use them again in the future.
